Sam Bairstow - Winner of the 2021 Brabazon Trophy
Great week for Sam Bairstow from the Hallowes Golf Club – winner of the 2021 Brabazon Trophy.
Sam won with rounds of 66,69,69 and 69. Having completed his final round the YUGC President Cameron Thomson stated:
“Sam played really well today, he plotted his way around the golf course to ensure he stayed out of trouble. He was chased by Zachary Chegwidden who scored a fabulous 64. However, Sam held his nerve and when he sank a 10’ putt on the 17th to go down the last with a 2 stroke cushion the trophy was in the bag.”
