Bedale/Pike Hill Pair win - Bedale
Thank you for supporting the fourth event of the 2024 season at the Bedale Golf Club on Thursday. We had 196 players taking part – great support. Thank you
The club did a super job for us all yesterday and I heard lots of compliments being paid about the course being in excellent condition. Bedale was a great venue and have written to the club this morning, passing on our thanks and congratulations. The service levels and support for myself and the team of Yorkshire volunteers was superb. I sincerely hope that you all enjoyed the course and company
Out of the ninety eight pairs playing, fifty of them scored 36 points or better, going to prove that Bedale is a first class test of golf.. Well done to all players and especially the prize winners (see below).

A spooky fact from yesterday! The winners who were a mixed pair from Bedale (David Munton) and from Pike Hills (David Fenton) are both regulars in County Members events and they both have regular playing partners called Ian Smith! Well played gents – winners of the Elysian Seniors trophy (1) in 2024.
This was the third event of our order of merit 2024 and I will keep you up to date on progress, as we go through the season.
Enjoy your weekend golf in the sunshine.
Thank you for all your support.
